Humor is good, just needs to be longer with a little more time spent on animation. Also, looping it is less than idea; editing it to actually end with a "replay" button option would look more professional.

this was really fun for me to make, and i think im going to make a parody of road warrior. Plz give me some feedback and how i should improve.

Yeah my computer is shit, so i can't watch the vids, but how do you add a replay option? Also I RUSHED the end.
i like it.
it's good and funny, and the characters are well-drawn.
my advice: dont make it loop. it makes your movie to look spammy, even if it isnt.
instead,, add a preloader/a play/replay button, and have the movie to start and finish properly, by adding those elements (preloader/play button).
also, you could add a few more scenes and jokes for MM...
other than that, it was good and funny, and i would love to see you making new parodies, such as for the road warrior, and/or for the latest mad max movie...

Audio needs some work it sounds like you half a sleep which is something you don't want if you want to entertain people.
