1] Stay away from caffeine and highly processed and refined sugars! (Fruit sugar is PERFECTLY FINE!) If you abstain from those substances then it will improve your overall health and will improve your mental health in regards to SILLY anxieties or attacks! Do your best to quit sodas and sugar riddled juices and drink as much water as you can! :)
2] Get as much exercise as you can everyday! At least 30 minutes of good cardio! (Get that heart pumping! And if you sweat then that would be fantastic!)
3] Get a healthy amount of sunshine everyday for serotonin and vitamin D boost! (No sunscreen!) Serotonin will help with your sleep and your mood!
4] Do your best to get a good amount of sleep which should also help shoo away SILLY anxieties. And at the right time as well! Try to sleep around 7-11pm, the earlier the better!
5] Do your best to be healthy in general; physically, mentally and spiritually as they are all one! If the body is sick, will the mind not feel it? If the mind is hurt, will the body not be affected?
6] Eat more beans, lentils, oats, seeds, nuts as they contain tryptophan, an amino acid that helps people feel less anxious! :)
7] Eat foods Peppers, Guavas, Dark Green Leafy Vegetables (Kale), Kiwi, Broccoli, Berries, Tomatoes, Peas or Papayas; foods that are high in Vitamin C! Vitamin C lowers stress hormones in as little as 15 minutes!
8] Face your fear. The more you face it the less 'serious' it becomes. Remember, it's all literally a big joke anyway! Don't care, don't worry, trust in God! He is in complete control of your life!
