I liked the horror styled music used for this movie because it added a creepy feel to your crude drawings.
I noticed you used some frame by frame; However, the drawings lack a certain level of refinement and polish.
Draw out a quick storyboard before the animation process and creating more polished drawings comes more easily.
You can actually get away with using motion tweens for camera pans.
A character sliding across the screen along with a scrolling background can be an effective but quickly made shot.
You can get better at drawing by looking at everyday objects and drawing them.
I've sometimes looked at wall sockets and drew them.
You have a lot of reference material around you to make improvements at drawing.
Lets forget about drawing for moment and take into consideration about the actual movie's run time.
18 seconds is way too short for your type of movie.
18 seconds or less might be effective for a screamer or a quick gag.
The short run time is hurting your movie and it felt more like a beginning rather than a complete feature.
I would recommend making a much longer movie because it can potentially increase the overall quality of your work.
Teach yourself how to understand your crude drawings as three-dimensional.
A stick figure can easily be animated at multiple angles and the horror genre gives plenty of room to get experimental.
I've seen a lot of horror animations created on the internet and each of them were different levels of quality.
Although your movie is bad; I still see a lot of potential with your work and bad movies still have a certain level of entertainment value.
I hope this review helps you become more successful.
Keep drawing, Don't give up, Give nasty replies to nasty reviews and stick with learning your new skills.
I look forward to seeing the evolution of your future movies.
Best of luck with your next possible future endeavors.
