This game really stumped me, so you did a good job making it hard! Shouldn't there be a medal for "I knew I should've been less curious!"?

This is nice and fun, but what's in the bomb shelter? Dakota never gets to explore it before and after nabbing the ruby!

The ring always looks the same, don't it? And Pedro ate humans, I mean that's what you'd expect from cannibals! That's why it smells like someone died.

Anyway... Great game! Can't wait to play part 2!

Dakota has a team? The REAL Dakota don't need no team 9_9

Silliness aside, here's my review:

Overall: (3.5/5) For such a short adventure game, this is a nice distraction for 5-10 min.

Plot: (6.5/10) I love explorer/adventurer-themed stuff, and this game's plot is pretty decent...even with all the nonsensical "suspend your disbelief....this be a computer game, mateys" stuff going on & whatnot.(Ex: The small "uncrossable" canal near the bomb shelter.)

Graphics: (6.5/10) Simple yet pleasant to look at, and they fit the theme of the game very well.
(Some gripes: Lol, wtf is up with Dakota's leg gap?)

Music: (7/10) Although it is a tad repetitive, the game's music is easy on the ears & somewhat catchy.

Sound/voice: (6.5/10) The main character's/fruit seller's voices are good, but the female archeologist's voice is a bit bleh.

Interface/controls: (7.5/10) The simple mouse-only interface is easy to use. The inventory is easy to access and keep track of, but having to reselect an inv. item multiple times(if one wants to try using an item on multiple things) is a bit of an inconvenience.
