It's not a bad game, I would say it is alright. But if so, new music tracks would be best for anyone who would play it. That is pretty much the only thing that I would suggest. The artwork is very good just to let you know.

Kid Rocket is just your average, law-abiding citizen - aside from the fact he has superpowers. In addition, he must also deal with his condition of Type 1 diabetes. Managing his blood glucose levels is linked to his superpowers. If his levels get too high, he'll lose the ability to fly!
Kid Rocket's hometown, Rift City, is under attack from criminal mastermind Iron Thunder, who has released a hoard of hostile robots upon the defenseless citizens. It is Kid Rocket's job to stop them! But can he manage his blood sugar and save the city at the same time?
This game was designed to provide children with Type 1 diabetes with a fun incentive to responsibly manage their blood sugar levels.

There's nothing really wrong with this game. It's just kind of boring. The music is good, but it's the same song forever and ever. There's no real indicator of where to go other than to the right. The diabetes mechanics are interesting.
