My Senior Film at Pratt.
Each frame, background, and effect were carefully hand drawn to bring the world of Breadheads to life for your viewing pleasure.
Starving soldiers divide a measly last meal when sick allies arrive at their base. When the allies' heads turn to bread, things get tense.
biological warfare is a horrible thing.
Pretty damn weird but really good, the animation and artstyle were creepy, and it seems that was the intended effect and it worked flawlessly
Holy hellfire that was awesome! Loved the characters even though there were no words spoken, something that's truly hard to do.
Brb, making a sandwich.
This is extremely dark, odd, and intense. Not to mention extremely well done!
It really shows all the hard work you put into the hand drawings, because it made all the difference in the world.
"Breadheads" is definitely an original creation, and I love the mood and atmosphere you've created here. The old timey song near the end multiplies the creepiness factor, and is reminiscent of Fallout 3, well played.
Anyway, I really like this entry, and I hope to see more of your work in the future.
Keep up the amazing work!
holy moly, this was intense :O
the art itself was pretty amazing, I especially liked the view of the city, that must've taken forever to draw. the animation itself was also really good in my opinion, it flowed very well. but the story!! it was so creepy seeing these guys staring at their breadhead companions in such hunger :O the final chase really got me to the edge of my seat :x the strong facial expressions brought it all the more to life.
