WARNING: You will want a mouse to play this game
This was developed to work with a mouse. so a big heads up and preemptive apology to those of us using laptops, sorry guys this game will work, but the difficulty is quite high!
Also keep in mind that since this was accidentally released about 7 days early, consider this a public BETA, with that said, my apologies for not having a more complete product.
On the plus side this will allow me to make future games better.
UPDATE - Ninja time now slows down the movement of all on stage objects, I was initially concerned this may cause for easy misjudgements on technical jump combos, but we will see where this takes us. On the plus side, if this doesnt work out we can disable this feature in the future.
Level 2 glitch appears to be resolved.
I hope this improves the game!
I will be updating this game again shortly.
There is a glitch with the Master Ninja Medal. IT IS WORTH 100 pts. not 0.
So if you try or succeed in unlocking it you should receive 100 pts, it is an odd glitch and when I check the Newgrounds API it says that it is entered correctly as 100pts and during my testing I was able to confirm that at least the achievement splash says 100 pts.
UPDATE: This game was accidentally published a few days later, I have no one to blame but myself, I must have accidentally clicked the big shiny red publish button.
With that said there are a few issues I am in the midst of addressing. I will not unpublish this game though, it is out, it has been front paged, so I will just man up and roll with the punches LOL
I really hope you enjoy this game, it's my first game in a long time and my first game in actionscript 3, (I know im behind the times)
Special thanks to Tom and Josh for providing really excellent feedback.
Click and Drag to Leap through various stages and get revenge on the green ninjas.
This is the flash version of Spring Ninja, an up and coming platform series best described as a marriage of angry birds and super meat boy. This is a very challenging game, so put get ready for frustration
