My honors research is about neo-retroism, which is the fusion of retro visuals or mechanics (but not necessarily the limitations) with modern mechanics and/or visuals.
bit.cops features some subtle modern features, like certain visual details being specifically high res, or the sound design being a combination of high and low fidelity sounds.

If this was a real game, I would definitely play it. I appreciate both your creativity and your neo-retroism. Keep up the good work.

haha Its like Miami vice and a retro scroller had a baby. very cool. left out one star cuz it could have at least used some plot and id like to have seen more explosions. other than that it was rad!

This is such a cool nod to the fun co-op games of old!
It's almost like a mash-up of Double Dragon and Lethal enforcers.
I really dig the audio on this as well, I love these types of tunes.
I'm definitely putting this in my favorites.
Great work here, and i'd love to see more stuff like this in the future.
Keep up the awesome work!
