I got less than .400 ms and even got .43 ms and still didnt get the medal do you have to get exactly .400 to get it?

I like quick games like that, it was hard but i wanted one like that,
the art is good and there's not much more than i can say but that.
It isn't the best game in the world there could have been levels and stuff.
I am loving this game!! I wanna beeeee the very best, like no one ever was...to get the top medal.
