You need to work on your art- considering that you didn't have to write a script or do any voice acting here, I'd expect you to use the time freed by existing audio for, at the least, fluid animation. As it stands, Jon and Arin's movements are quite choppy- there's obviously no attempt at realistic or exaggerated movement, as the characters rarely move; and when the characters do move, it's by a quick cut to the next frame, where their heads are in a different location.
I'm a bit remorseful that I'm so harsh, but you really have no excuse to not produce at least decent animation. The art in itself doesn't even have to be spectacular- all I'm really asking is that you actually animate Jon and Arin's imagined movements.
Not bad, but animations can be a bit boring at times. Still, you picked a great moment from an episode to animate, not bad at all.
This is barely an animation. your animation doens't add a single thing to the whole audio. plus it's just a picture with opened and closed mouths switching.
This CREAM will fix all of your problems.
