Though killing babies that have been born is technically murder and not abortion, i'll give you a few points for sick sense of humour. I do enjoy a sick joke every now and then.

I....honestly dont know what to say here without sounding like a jerk..
the idea is offensive to say the least..the game play is terrible
theres only one level and it isnt very well put together.
its not the theme that made me decide the rating..its the lack of originality
and poor gameplay

I'm not really sure that this is a great concept for the people your trying to sell it too. it could be considered by many distasteful. call it what you will but this, I feel, shouldn't be on.
