one of my "workers" got stuck at the edge of the map so i had to restart because he would not move because it would LAGGG ME SO MUCH but other than that it's pretty good! (good thing i just started XD)

This is a good start, but it needs improvement. My suggestions? There needs to be a back button on menus or at least some screen that shows off employee skills. It's difficult to pick the best genre for your team when you can't keep track of who is specialized in what. One other thing: why on earth are the employees eating/drinking every two seconds? I have the capability to make great games, but it's impossible to do that when my budget is literally eaten away by my employees.

Again, this is a good start but for now it's really nothing more than a time-waster.

It's a great game, really addictive and fun.
What I'd suggest is maybe having a little menu where you can see your employees with their skills, specialization, availability and all that. Cuz that's exactly what I'm doing on a spreadsheet. I was a little disappointed how team members in pre-preparation gotta wait for another guy to finish training. As I mentionned earlier, someone training should be considered as someone not available to work on a project. And so I waste a day or two of potential work due to this.
I'd also recommend giving the option to buy upgrades? Like making the employees working/walking faster for an amount of time? Or improved workstation/training station?
Anyway, these 2 ideas where just suggestions to make the game a little better than it already is. You did make this game about 2 and half years ago, so I don't think you'll add this now but maybe in your future games, which I'll be checking it out later after I'm done with this tycoon ;-;
