It wasn't bad, but it wasnt good. Its justa guy moving his arm. Keep at it and one day you'll be good. Also, his arm gets bigger and smaller when its moving.

It's a test, however it's pretty good for your first attempt. I like how instead of tweening it (which imo tweening looks worse SOMETIMES) you drew each individual frame for the hand. The hand changes shape a little throughout, and doesn't seem like a regular, more natural movement.
