what the hell is this doing on Newgrounds? Why would you whine and pass it off as a game? It's not a functioning game, and it isn't very motivating.
I don't quite catch what you were trying to say here.
It's a DaBigRedBoat soundboard. He's spacefamous but you most likely won't know him.
It's tagged as a soundboard, and it's found in the soundboard category.
It's not a game and it does not claim to be.
And it's on Newgrounds because Newgrounds happens to be the best place I can think of for uploading a flash.
