A funny piece if nothing else.I'm curious about where this story is heading,so i'll be keeping my eye out for future installments.I have an idea or two,but why risk spoiling the plot?I'll just wait and see if I'm right.

Great animation, great colors, decent script.
To explain the loss of .5 stars, not that it matters...
This tried too hard to pull off a cliche anime feel, and despite your typical 'theme' of animation/identity, that artform is very lost nowadays because it was bad.
Rina-chan screaming excessively and repeatedly could be tolerated, let's face it, situation appropriate and she's got a lovely voice. However, it would be more likely to be one, long, blood-curdling scream with a more frustrated nature. My point is, a lot of the more upbeat emotions need to be addressed, more excitement, more anger, scream in that god damn microphone.
As for Miguel's father, you chose TomaMoto as the voice actor. The father's design, coupled with this voice, is a little bit off. Type-casting is bad, but make the father it bit more grizzled to at least reflect the manly-man voice that is Toma.
To further address the animation, your side-view anatomy is suffering from flounder-syndrome. Simply put, when your characters' heads turn to the side, it just looks weird and lopsided. the noses need a bit more work and tooth-to-lip separation needs to happen. Also, don't make the side view out-proportion the rest of the body.
Otherwise, you need to consider making this a big project on your part. I know you're working on TOME and other projects, but Fenada needs some deserving focus.
Make more.

It seems to me that this is trying to be animeish i guess? But it seems to try to hard most of the time, personnally i think that it needs to be shorter, like the last one, or a bit more random, otherwise audio and graphics are great
