Great, but you got his color wrong, when he's Hyper Sonic he flashes the chaos emerald colors. But all in all you deserve five stars!

Not bad, but it could be a little better and longer. NO, I'm not critisizing you, so why would you need it? Were you only being sarcastic in the comments?
Like you said, there is always room to improve. With this feedback I know what to improve.
