This is buggy as hell: The man gets caught on corners, the old men gets caught on corners, the shots come from the chest and are irregular, the score is not completely visible, sometime the man jerks forward instead of lifting his arm to shot and finally I have been standing for 400? (best guess I cannot see it) points and not one old man has come to kill me.
If it these errors was fixed, you would have a very boring game. Add some ammo drops or additional weapons, maybe another enemy, but as it is, this game is

Needs a lot of work, but it's a decent start.

It was okay, as in it functioned as a game, but it wasn't really anything special. I'm presuming you still learning the ways of flash game creation. This was a fairly basic top down shooter.
Criticisms:
-they only came from two directions, so better level design.
-more weapons/upgrades
-backstory
-etc
