Something I made in a couple hours to pass the time inbetween big projects, nothing terribly special.

I used a recording from about two years back as the audio basis of this animation. I was really quite obsessed with Daniel Johnston so I plugged my earphones into the microphone port and talked into the earbuds to achieve the awful distorted effect. the distortion is a bit more audible as flash 8 compresses everything beyond recognition, but hopefully the subtitles help.

edit: i'll add a play button in the morning

I rated this 2, you woulf have gotten 3 if the audio was betteer, I had to use earphones to try and make our what you were saying :/

GlassBomb responds:

Or you could read the subtitles provided... But I understand, it's very quiet and distorted too. I'll make sure my next animation addresses these issues.

The story and concept were really nice. After reading your comment section, I understand where you were going with the audio, but I think there has to be a better way to get the effect you wanted. It just sounds bad.

GlassBomb responds:

I'm sorry to hear that.
No, really.
