Almost identical to Tentacle Wars but less refined and with very...poor...instructions.

Conquer and rule the planet.
Capture enemy bases sending the units.
Use destroyed bases to get more resources.
Same re-hashed gameplay we have seen in a dozen clones. Nothing new here, just play civilization wars. At least there are powers and towers in that game.
