Punchline was a little late, but good. You've done a very good job when it comes to animating the mouthmovement; it is very detailed. Few animate mouth movements that well. However, all other animation is crude, and I was disappointed that you did not animate the characters walking, especially after I saw the detail put into the mouth movement. Also, you can work a bit on voice acting and art. With practice, I think you can become a pretty good animator.

This is a cartoon in the sense that it has all of the components of a cartoon without actually being one.

The animation is -there- but without any artistic quality whatsoever. Every character is an immobile, lazy doodle with a wooden, barely-distinguishable facial expression. The voices are "cartoonish" without actually showing any emotion or humor. Dialogue and story is cliche, uninteresting, predictable, weak. There's nothing to be said about the characters' relationships to each other and nothing to know about their personalities. Sound effects are similarly wooden and boring. I can't think of why I would watch another after seeing this one because there's nothing keeping my attention whatsoever.

Additionally, thin black outlines pretty much always look crappy and I'd recommend you ditch that drawing style.
