If you're going to use scrolling text, it should flow from bottom to top, as English is read from top to bottom.

Otherwise, have it scroll slower if you are trying to be original.

Potential

Your titles need some work, change the size around etc. so that it fits better on the screen. Your art also, while not bad at all, could definitely be improved.

You clearly have some potential here though, keep working at it and you'll be great in no time!
