i skiped most of the levels.
yeah i skiped all the levels because i wanted to read the story. and..... it was so sad. omg im gonna.... ahhhh!!!
I'm going to be honest
I skipped the levels about 1/4 of way, just to hear the story. Dammit man, that is fucking sad, I could only imagine someone toiling away from the puzzle only to get THAT ENDING. You want reward your players for the hard work.

I know what the message was though in having you spin those gear. He tried to make her new heart, trying ever new complicated heart to replace the one she loss, until he found his pursuit pointless. He might have well give himself a new heart, that way he would not feel pain, like she did.
Great puzzle game, but the story was so sad =(
i almost cried what a sad story
Well the story and the game didnt really tie in, it was just a puzzle with a story that is suppose to motivate you to go on. As teh game went on I found myself liking the story more than I like... the game! Sorry </3
