"Two things:"

1.) The voice acting was absolutely terrible (I'm sorry to say it, but it's true) and you need to make sure you have the right kind of "accent."
2.) Very minimal humor. It needs much more than the character getting his face beaten in and "I'll shove something up your ass..." being shouted at him, and so on and so forth.
All in all, the animation wasn't half bad, but the story line needs work, the humor should be improved to things that are actually funny, aside from immature ass jokes.
