Daedalus and the Energy Manipultation Machine:

A short inspired by Kubrick's 2001 A Space Odyssey, in a steampunk setting at the turn of the Industrial Revolution, just before World War 1

EDIT: sorry about the dead link earlier. I've rerouted it to play through youtube (lame i know) but at least it works now.

Brilliant use of music with the animation. Pretty good story and impressive animation. The only thing I could say negative, and at this point it is really nitpicking, is that the narration voice could be louder, at least at the beginning. I had to up the volume on my speakers to hear it over the music.

However, that's a small complaint on what's a good animation.

Sounds cool, but doesn't load

The concept sounds really cool. But all I get when I load the page is a black screen. I hope you fix this because it sounds like a cool concept and I'd love to see it.
