The arrays are good for dialogues, strings of text or values, and for some level purposes.

It's rather disappointing that one can only use strings. Please allow Numbers, Booleans, MovieClips, TextFields, and other Arrays too! I agree that it doesn't save a lot of time with strings, but if if includes Arrays, that would save a little time. Furthermore, you could make for loops if 'vertical' is selected and the items are numbers. However, you put a lot of work into this, so it deserves a high score!

Like the title says, I'm no programmer but this seems to be something useful you wouldn't find everyday. [scratches head]
Umm... But ONE THING this submission could use is... In the Author's Comments box, it would've been helpful - no, actually, What I think there SHOULD be is a small descriptive description of what kinds of specific things an Array Generator or at least this one in particular is used for. Like what it does, how it works and can be useful, and what the info you get from it is used for.
You know why I say this? -And SethFx23 I Hope Your Reading This! It's so that any non-programmer, after learning what to do with it, can show this to his friend, the dude who's good with flash programs but didn't see this, so his friend can use it. You'll get more people to view it and thus become more well known- cuz it's always good to be well known when you're making stuff ya wanna show ppl!

One major flaw
I actually find this useful although I'm a C++ programmer. However, it's honestly easier to just write the array myself. I mean, it only takes like 5 seconds. Plus, why is every array named new Array? What if I want arrays with different names? At least, in C++ that's how it works. Idk if in Actionscript every array is called new Array. If so, then disregard that last statement. I'm giving this a 10 though because it does work as intended.
In Actionscript the name is to the left of the equal sign. sample = new Array("value1", "value2", "value3"); Sample is the name :) and I appreciate the comment, its nice that it can be used in something else.

It doesn't help beginners. My choice was a list of numbers, but I didn't get an array of numbers, just strings. Not good.
