Well...
While I appreciate the programming that must have gone into this, the graphics are weak, and the gameplay itself isn't exactly new. Not much to see here, but an E for effort.

Gets old too fast.
This seems like the beginning of a decent game but there's just not enough here to make it worthwhile. I enjoyed dodging missiles for a while but after a couple minutes it becomes obvious that the rest of the game is just going to be that - more dodging and shooting, with maybe some slightly different attack patterns and weapon types. It needs a whole lot of fleshing out to keep the player's interest.
I also didn't manage to figure out what the specials bar meant - whatever it did it wasn't significant enough for me to notice a difference in gameplay.

Hi tinroof,
I appreciate your review but I think your bit about the special bar was due to your lack of reading the instructions, or lack of time playing.
You will notice that when you kill some opponents, a gun or grenade appears. This changes your firing type accordingly (gun means more spread out, higher quantity of bullets and grenade means fire, then spilt into 360 degree spread)

An Asteroids based game...
And not a good one at that.
The music was OK (had a sense of being chased by knives)
You might want to explain the rules of the game - such as your specials only last for so long and what not.
