not good......

being completely constructive- i think this looks extremely crude. The art is awful, the audio is awful.... it has like 10 frames in a long, long while and it does not EVEN MAKE SENSE. I don't see a point to this video. If there was humor, a unique idea, or even a sign of effort- then i would give it at least a 2. it looks like a trial at flash- not a newgrounds submission. I don't think it should be on portal at all....
also, i was wondering- do they have authorization to use TomFulp's music?
