Great game! Loads of fun and lots of replay value. The attention to detail is the game's real strength; the modeling on all of the guns is fantastic, and each gun has its own unique 'feel,' which is a nice touch. The noise and the kick of a shotgun blast is wildly different from the 'rat-a-tat-tat' of an SMG, and while these are obvious differences in real life to anyone with even a passing of knowledge of firearms, the fact that you could nail that 'feel' in the game is a testament to your ability to program. The pacing is also excellent: the difficulty ramps up at a reasonable pace, and the addition of the 'sniping' level was a welcome intermission to the furious gunplay.
The one suggestion I have would be to make better use of the more 'tactical' elements of the game. In the training level, you are taught you use your breaching charge and your night-vision, yet these elements only appear once during the actual game. Wouldn't it be fun if you were afforded choices how to carry out each mission? I.E., you could go in guns blazing with a breach, or maybe you could cut the power to the building and make a stealthy entry with a silenced weapon and night vision. I'd also love to see the 'cover' mechanic implemented more. Anyway, just my 2 cents. Please make a sequel!

for beating the final boss quickly:
1-stand and aim to the boss quickly and hide (don't shoot or move the mouse)
2-re-stand and shoot quickly and re-hide
3-re-do that many times (caution!if you going to an another hide.do the tip 1-2-3)
