Well, there were two main issues here, with setting out the series - the first was that you've since changed the name of the game to Color Clash, the continuity is screwed up. Now that the game works well, it might be time to re-jig this animation and come up with a "special edition". Maybe leave it a little while and get slightly better with your animation first.
Jeffrey walking in most of this animation was awful - he disappeared for a split second, each time he went to move and it looked really horrible for this part. Fortunately, it was solved for later movements in the piece, so it just needs to be tidied up in those earlier scenes.
As this seems to be the first piece for the series, I'd strongly recommend that you take some sort of writer's prerogative and add in something that helps to introduce the characters. Yes, the captain of the police is obsessed with his girth and you can probably get away with the snappy intro like this. Not so for Jeffrey and Aaron, though. Perhaps some sort of quick (10 second) ident for the series would help? You can then have a chance to show them in action poses and give them a graphic that comes up and shows their names, before a nice logo for "Dual Force" appears.
With the drawing style, everything looks too harsh and angular. Try rounding some corners, edges and the like, to give better backgrounds, which will in turn make it easier to animate around. Perhaps when Jeffrey sits on the couch, it gives a little, so that the cushions can accommodate his mass, while they give less for Aaron, since he's just a little ball.
