Not too terrible for a MMO chat client.
The control scheme leaves a lot to desire, clicking to move around is a bit dated; keyboard controls when the focus is on the game environment should be an easy switch.
Object interaction needs to have an obvious interface change; perhaps a custom cursor while the mouse is in the game window. This would allow you to have different cursor types to indicate what the user can do for interaction (sit in a chair, examine a player, etc).
Movement speed should be variable. Walking speed is unbearable for moving across a map.
It also appears that each web host has its own local server. Or simply, just not very many people are playing this at any given time. I believe the most I've seen so far at any time is 6 people in all available rooms.
Also, perhaps a lifetime setting for rooms so the list doesn't get cluttered. Perhaps after 72 hours of inactivity in a room have the room moved to a new list, then after 72 hours of being in the inactive list, removed from the server.
The room listing should also be sortable by row heading (Title, Author, Users in Room). This way people can find more populated rooms more quickly, find a room made by their friend, or find a room by title/subject heading.
Perhaps a small internal game for users to play to help pass the time, like tic-tac-toe or other simple small sized game to add to the interactivity between users outside of just chatting.
Interesting, Simple Interface. Could Use Some Work
"Kazopark" is a simple, intriguing chat interface that seems to be designed for players of all ages but definitely has some major flaws.
The menus are rife with bugs that would definitely be a top priority in a new version update.
Also, having all of the items be for money-only purchase is a small market, not many users want to pay for a virtual chair.
I can't wait until more users get ahold of and make good use of populating Kazopark.
Wow, not just a game
I see this is more than just a game, a full multi-player world. For that reason you get 10/10. I think a few of the regs, will want weapons, but I get the sense from the chat filters, it's made for Kids. Either way, I'll use it for free chat and build myself a room. Brilliant for a flash game. Well done.

This is a 'family friendly' game (as seen on the details of this game), and those words could be used in the wrong context. The chat filter system is there for the safety of those playing and in many respects is a key feature to allow this to be 'safer' for Children. Your score is rather harsh but I thank you for your concerns.
