One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.
Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.
In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?
Alltough the none replay option is upsetting it gives the game a very distnct and very unique sort of taste and is nothing to complain about so shut up all of you flamers (its not like you paid for it)!
This is the very defenition of the "Artistic" genre of games, you have a something to say and you wont cut any croners for the angry public.
You stick up with your ideas no matter the "bad publicity" and to me thats what makes an artist.
BTW I didnt read the discription before I played and made some very wrong choices, shame on me...
Anyway you get the mellow of this review :)
Stop asking for replay you idiots
This is an excellent piece. The music does WONDERS for the mood (which is captured perfectly, btw). As for the other reviewers, idk what kind of game they were expecting, but they just sound like idiots. You can't read the whole paper because its not necessary. You get the WHOLE jist of the plot from what you can read, and that was his point. Revshawn, just don't play intelligent games, please. you ruin them for the rest of us.
finished with good ending
to get the good ending where he finds the cure is to keep on working
Neat, I figured out how to have more than one chance and play the game through multiple times. Now it's more like real life for me =)
I died, and I dont know how to restart. Great game though and great story.
