PLAYING THE GAME IN LATE 2015?
Check out the news about a remake on my website!
Arrow keys to control.
Space Bar to interact.
One Chance is a game about choices and dealing with them.
Scientist John Pilgrim and his team have accidently created a pathogen that is killing all living cells on Earth.
In the last 6 remaining in-game days on Earth, the player must make choices about how to spend his last moments. Will he spend time with his family, work on a cure or go nuts?
I found good ending
Very good game and I think I was lucky enough to find the cure and save at least 2 people :)
From the moment I clicked on 'Play', I knew that 'One Chance' wasn't merely a game - it's a piece of freakin' art. Okay, yes, it's similar to 'Every Day The Same Dream', but 'One Chance' gave me goosebumps like never before. I was chilled to the bone when I saw John's teammate commit suicide, and freaked out even more the next night when I saw the blood seeping out from the bathroom, and when the word 'Sorry' is scrawled on the wall in blood ... I got the ending where John finishes the cure, but the fact how
Only he and his daughter are alive is the thing that scares the breath out of you.
i think this was a great concept
I love the idea how you only get 1 chance and thats it, its like real life, i felt bad for going to work everyday even taking my daughter along hoping to find the cure, and when i did i felt a sence of happiness yet loneliness.
Great concept but...
This game is supposed to be about the choices we make and their consequences.
However the meta part of this game is where it is flawed. Every day you are reminded there is a chance you can save the world, and so most people will likely just continue to work given that the creator has hinted that it will bring forth salvation.
For this game to have really beeg perfect we should only have been reminded that the world will in fact end, and not have been guaranteed the idea of a cure.
This would have tempted more outcomes from people's choices rather than that nagging idea that you should be working on an outcome you know for a fact exists.
There is one very great fact about Life that this game did not portray.
"There are no Guarantees"
There is a cure
However, you're the only person left alive :( he takes his daughter to the park at the end but she's still pale and has closed eyes so i presume she's dead. :(
An addictive and challenging simple math puzzle game
And so it dreamt.
Help Eddie get his watermelon so he can finally spend a nice and relaxing day at the beach
