Created back in 2006, with some my friends a simple clay animation of bears at a rave, you can see its rather simple but I thought a gem like this worth worth showing as my day 4 for a laugh.

Not much else to say except view all the weeks animations ;)

Bears

You get my 10 automatically for that.
Nice claymation though. Not too flash but gets the point across.

carborundum responds:

glad you liked it, and if you like check out my other forms :)

Nice

Me likey! I hardly ever see claymation on here>

carborundum responds:

Have a look at the 3 links in the discription they contain even rarer forms of animation :)

Interesting....?

Claymation is pretty cool, but the music really didn't seem fir for a "rave". Was the police guy gonna stick that club up the bears booty? What happened?!?!

carborundum responds:

Thats true not really rave music, there was a extended version but I have no idea where it went, the policemen talks to the bear and then an old man comes in on a scotter knocks the policemen down and steals his hat, but no idea where that went.
hope this helps ;)

Nice animation, but gimmicky and plain

The animation of the clay was pretty nice, but there was nothing unique about the way it was made or the story itself. Just a couple of bears, having a rave...

Okay, that earned you another point in my book. xD

But yeah, overall just needed more substance to it. If this was a little tech demo of your stop motion techniques, though, I would have given it an 8. =]

carborundum responds:

This was an old animation which was never complete as was 16 at the time and got distracted easily but this was one my first attempts at any animation form and for the so It had to come online as part of my week, I have shown demo's of a few different forms and looking for the form which people find the best and/or most interesting.
