So the physics for my upcoming game are finally done! I've done a lot of updates on the animations; added some, removed some.

The engine is made so that you can tweak the physics in whatever way you want, and if you'd like, tell me what settings you find most fitting for the game. (Oh, and make sure to press the "Apply settings"-button every time you want to make a change)

Move with arrow keys [Left and Right]
Jump with [Space]

I feed on your feedback, and will appreciate every single comment! (=

interesting...

i tried making the jump-start lower, to -83, and he completely jumped off-screen. so to fix the problem, i used logic and tried to increase gravity so he'd come back down... all he did was fall through the floor... the moral of the story is... make sure the ground is stable before trying to crash into it...

Hmm,

Helpful criticism hopefully:

I find that the more you max out your left & right movements, the more friction you'll need to create an enjoyable (and not annoying) platformer. If you plan on sticking with the -8/8 left/right then the friction is perfect at 1. That's all I really looked into. Hope that helps. And can't wait for your game to come out. Keep me updated. =)

I do not get the point

Does this mean that can post all my experimental engines on newground?
Because I have lots of them. Also some in this style.
Name THIS what you want, but in this fase this isn't an engine.
I have seen similar attempts with slightly worse graphics which were completely blammed.
Please do sth usefull with it, because you've got the skills, but at this moment I don't think you have the soul.
I am sorry for my low score, but I can make dozens of these in a day myself. And I ain't a game developer myself.

No worries (: What matters to me is your feedback. All your feedback makes it easier for me to know what to keep and what to throw away, before finishing the production. I'll make sure to make something for you to come back to look at! (; Thanks for commenting mate!
