The arm movements could be worked on, made to look abit more natural. Look at your own arms as reference when talking.
Personally i find using black outlines makes it look abit untidy and distracting, try using a different colour or no lines at all. Concept is current and interesting.
Well Done on the Voices!
Animation in South Africa - Keep practicing and you will get better at it.

I know, it's just a beggining
but i think you'll have to work on the atmosphere, on the background, on the story and on the animation to get trough your University programe...
Nice you understood the use of tween motion, but if your drawing is not clean, it won't be nice, even if it's kind of fluid.
Also, your other major point is to put some music in your movie. If the story is more about the dialogues, put some low music in background just to create an atmosphere. Otherwise, it sounds empty.
Work hard and submit your next animation. Maybe you'll get nice reviews.
