Still needs a bit of work
It was fun, but it needs a lot of polish. Add some better graphics, add a background, and the cart feels a bit too slippery/sensitive. That should definitely help things out here!

miss one ball and the game is over? not great. how about 3 or 4 balls? it's abit long too.. how about being more compact?

I am voting higher than the usual just because it is your first game :D First of all, there is nothing interesting or unique to this game, and it gets really boring in a quite short time. Also you may wanna make some changes with the cart's acceleration or the friction or whatever, because the cart has a very high rate of acceleration.
If you could add couple more stuff (like items that decrease your points, a background image, a human-like character) this game could become pretty decent :D
