Not fun.

I miss too many things in this game that makes the game more playable. Like a pause button, a mute button, different backgrounds, that sort of stuff. There isn't a boss, not even on level 40. That would make it better.
Also, I think there are too little weapons (only five different types), and the lag is way too heavy. But what irritated me the most is that you can't switch to fighting with your bare fists. In a level with an incredible amount of enemies, like the levels around level 35, it's impossible to keep away your enemies with only weapons. They always hit you. The only way to keep them away is with your fists, most of all when you have about 13 power. But if you hit an enemy, he drops his gun and it falls on your head. Since you can't drop a weapon that you're holding, you need to shoot until it's empty, and that can take about 10 seconds. So, please make a button that makes you not pick up weapons.

Great game but...

It's late and I'm tired so I'm this is going to be a brief and pretty lame review but I wanted to mention it in case I forgot. The game was fantastic. Really enjoyed it. Lots of fun, cool music and good graphics but the lag those graphics created makes the game unplayable after a few levels. After level 10 I turned it down to low and it was fine until level 15 at which I could stop pressing the keys and the character would still jump around firing all the directions I pointed from 10 seconds earlier. Not very cool. To be fair, I'm playing off a laptop but not a particularly bad one (2.8 Ghz i5, 4 GB ram, Radeon HD 5470 - something that lets me play, for example, Assassins Creed 2 on mid settings without lag but can't handle this flash!). Just saying it's a great shame because I love the game, not as good as Madness Accelerant but still really cool. If there was anyway of fixing that lag problem...
