Well this is it folks, the end of Alice is Dead. I'd strongly advise you to avoid reading reviews until after you've played unless you want to risk seeing spoilers.

Huge thanks to Tom and Newgrounds for once again sponsoring this. And more importantly, thanks to Newgrounds for making such a large collaboration of talented people possible.

And thank you to all of the fans. You guys seriously rock and motivate us more than you know.

So the rabbit dies? And is it really the end? >.< feels a little anti-climatic.

My Review and Theory

This is a pretty good game! The graphics are pretty good, and I love the story. I didn't used to have lag on this game, but it has just started now I play on it again. I also LOVE the soundtrack. David Orr is one of my favourite composers on Newgrounds, and I loved his work in Sonny and Sonny 2. Hania did a really good job on the song in the nightclub, which I waited in for hours just to listen :P.
Guys, I don't know if you know this, but if you phone Boris' number (found in one of the stalls in the nightclub bathroom), soon after, you'll get a text saying "Alive Slice". If you play around with it, you will eventually get "Alice Lives", and considering in the original Disney movie, the rabbit used to call Alice "Mary Ann Alice", so Alice and Mary Ann are the same people? I doubt this because of the secret ending after the credits, but it might be a possibility.
This means Mary Ann, Rabbit and Hatter are all assassins trying to kill the Red Queen (who for reasons unknown is a guy O.O). This would be understandable since the Red Queen, in a way, was evil in the film, so the three assassins are trying to assassinate him(game)/her(film).
The last text you get in the game is from Mary Ann, warning you not to go up, because you'll die, which happened to her dad, who is the dead scientist on the wall with the TV smashed into his head. The tapes show that Burr (Mary Ann's dad) was a scientist working on "Project Oyster Cloud" (introduced in Episode 2). The girl in the tapes was Mary Ann. She played with one of the cats and almost died from it. That cat she played with, in my opinion, became the Chesire Cat (the wierd cat thing seen by looking out of a hole in the wall of the prison corridor in Episode 2). The Chesire Cat either mutated or survived and became the thing we saw in Episode 2.
But going back to the point I was saying before, I think that Mary Ann, Rabbit and Hatter are all assassins. Mary Ann's reason for trying to kill the Red Queen was because he possibly killed her dad (the scientist with the TV smashed into her head named Burr) for the failiure of the Oyster Cloud Project (the failiure may of been caused by Mary Ann touching the cat and almost dying). As for the other two, I don't know. Maybe Hatter tried to kill the Red Queen because he was imprisoned by him, or maybe because he's just mad. But I still don't know about Rabbit. Maybe he was just helping one of the two?
Oh, and Rabbit died because the Red Queen knew he was going to try and kill him, and he knew he was coming. So the Queen killed him before Rabbit could do any harm.
This is just my theory. It may not be right, but it is what I think. Still a pretty good game though. Apart from the lag, this is one of my favourite games on Newgrounds. :)

Well, that was appropriately awesome. I liked the game, and I love the series. I, like many others, think you added a few too many pieces of information. You made a world without really showing it to us. Even with the *spoiler removed by Reviewer*. Actually, I think that made me more confused than ever. Who the crap was that?

And, reading your comment responses, I do agree that another game would be . . . artistically inappropriate. That said, I think SOMETHING of clarification would be useful. Or, I might think you poorly made a part of this game. I hope the latter is not the case.

Food for thought, though: Ancillary material like flash movies based on characters or mentioned businesses may be useful. Just a thought.

Other than that quibble, well done. Very well done.
