i found it to be a good game but sometimes you can't avoid getting hit and its a little short

It's a busy day for the sheriff: bad guys to catch, stolen gold to collect. Oh, and your girlfriend has been kidnapped. Rescue her! Run and gun your way through the desert, high street and canyon - pixel style!
Shoot the bad guys, avoid the traps and collect the goodies. Instructions are included in the game.
its cute but
short
Good, but too short
Very nice game. I wish it were a little longer and faster pace, but great concept and a very puzzle-like feel to the shooter genre (meaning that, there is a certain bit of strategy in which path to take). Love the cowboy motif and hope to see a more fleshed out version in the future.
boring but somehow addictive
this game is pretty slow. now don't get me wrong! i love this game's level of addictiveness, if i were rating you on that alone, you would get a 9. but this game is really, really slow, and gets hard a little quicker than i might have wanted. it's good that the game has a high score feature, and i enjoy the pixel art. but those things aren't really worth it when you throw in the slow walk to the finish.
The wild west!
I have not played a lot of old West themed games here on Newgrounds, but this is probably the best! It took me awhile to understand that you could just jump over the barrels and everything. I also really like the use of pixellation in this one as the colors are just so good. There is so much going on in each level and you so many things you have to look out for. Every scene has something interesting going on, to avoid or to collect. You can play it all day and be interested in whatever is going to come up next.
