Here is its eulogy, a collection of the kind words written about it while still among the living. They shall live on forever in its place.

Author Comments

'"The Pedestrian" is a short story by author Ray Bradbury. In this story we encounter Leonard Mead, a citizen of a television-centered world in A.D. 2053. In the city, roads have fallen into decay and people only leave their homes during the day, staying home at night to watch TV. It is revealed that Mead enjoys walking through the city during the night, something which no one else does.

On one of his usual walks he encounters a robotic police car. It is the only police unit in a city of three million, since the purpose of law enforcement has disappeared with everyone watching TV at night. The police car struggles to understand why Mr. Mead would be out walking for no reason and decides to take him to the Psychiatric Center for Research on Regressive Tendencies.'

This was originally a school project that I never finished, so I decided to put it here. I think it looks good up to the part where I got lazy. One day I'll finish this and make you proud. ONE DAY!

Enjoy.

Reviews

Congratulations! You win $1.000.000.000.000.000.000 in Monopoly money!

Looked like it could have had a nice serious premise with splashes of comedy. Or something profound like that. But I was sorely disappointed. You suck!

But honestly, I thought it would have been really good had you finished it.

I remember reading this growing up, but for the life of me, can't recall where.
Shame you didn't finish this.
The few animated seconds are really well done though.

Perhaps if you put more effort into this it would get accepted, It was nice at the beginning though
