Pretty good.
The intro seemed to take forever though, and the part with the dog pissing. I'd cut those parts down a bit. Good job though!

There, I added a background. I'm not a good detailer and drawer, so yea. It was my friend that pushed me into actually adding voice overs for SCH series so here it is...good luck. Also thanks to my friend for helping me come up with this episode's idea. It lags and gets out of sync for me, hope it doesnt for you :(
EDIT: SOrry for the white bar effect thingie. I had sworn I edited the size to 800x600 (original size) but it should be fine now. And thank you for the reviews!
I know the dog clip may seem long to you, but iintentionally made it long for that awkward moment ;D

I see you must have messed up on sizing it properly when uploading to Newgrounds (unless that was intentional to add that movie horizontal bar effect), but other than that, it was pretty decently drawn and animated.

Low frame ratio
Next time, i suggest you to work with a 24 to 30 frame/sec ratio. It was disturbing to see...all..the..freaking...frames...o f...your...movie. That slow it down and lose your viewer attention.
Though, for the story, number one. Same goes for the voice acting. For someone that was pushed in the back for it...
