Its not that bad
but it doesnt include enough content for the portal, i think its amazing it didnt get blammed, not because its bad or anything, just way to short.
Ill give you some c&c though
Work on easing and wobbles, also i recommend you drawing the character a few times on every angle before animating it, so that you know exactly what it looks like, then hear and other features wont keep changing(only thing i spotted was the hair) i would have given you more if this would have been more of an animation then just a short test, make more, a compelation or something and submit that to the portal, the forums are for tests like this one.
