not the first of its type, and unfortunately not the best, but it has promise, maybe a little more detail or more extravagant reactions between the options?

Pretty good
But i could'nt get anything over 56 %... Any suggestions?
great but make it better
next time give instructions on how cities work and add more options. make other versions or a sequel
