Good for a first attempt
It's quite good for your first attempt, I like how you do the fading at the beginning.
Work more on the lines of your objects and add in more facial expressions.
As for the beginning writing and the ending writing, I would suggest doing something sort of like it's being typed out (That's my preference).
Btw, is that you singing?

WTF!
I can understand that this is your first flash but,
1. The animation was crappy
2. The sound quality is terrible
3. Its repetitive
4. Its on a loop
5. The animation and song have no point what so ever.
