wrong on one thing
you said to select best quality for music, your supposed to select the opposite for compression, that just does the opposite of compression.
Umm... unless your music is already 16 kbps then it will compress... i do believe almost every mp3 is at like 128 kbps... so you... my friend... don't know what you are talking about...
it should and will compress an mp3
