If it was a test and stopped after he got shot it would have been pretty ok. Next time dont call it your first flash animation. Espcially in the title.
For the fact that this is your first animation it is pretty good. Of course that some sound effects would have made it a bit nicer. Sketchy look makes it nice, and you actually made it kinda funny. You're in a good path in animation.
This wasn't too bad. You should've added some sound. Considering the fact that its your first animation, Decent job mate.
