The sample song was even off a bit. Overall the game is in need of some work.

I seriously suggest a more interactive approach. Whether it be allowing users to play the piano themselves or incorporating a keyboard/piano interface.

Anyway. Keep it up.

I wish that based on the response from the users on the first flash of this series you would have worked to improve this one. I witnessed about the same tutorial that gave examples that had some difficulty in clarity, and the song was unfamiliar to me. I would recommend putting the song on the same frame as when you tell the numerical way to play the song, it would help the viewer follow along and it would be easier to teach.

The shoddy appearance of the flash should be enhanced. Google images do not fully make a flash, I would recommend changing up the background and showing maybe a video of how to play the song instead of simply diagrams. It wasn't a bad tutorial, I would just change the look of it and practice and play around with the logistics of flash. Keep up the good work!

I enjoy the piano...

And I like the fact that you have made an interactive "game" to teach us how to play a certain song.

But, the biggest problem I have is the fact that the main song does, in fact, loop, like you said. This create a problem when someone wants to actually hear the song that you want us to learn, but we have that darned main theme to contend with.

I realize that the song you are teaching us is louder than the repeating theme, which gets bring and annoying after a while, but the emphasis should be on the song we are being taught, and not on the main theme.

So, get rid of that theme! :)
