The musical score was rather catchy and the slight realism of making the fish swim as if the fish is actually in water (ie: gliding farther depending on how much speed the player has picked up, and not stopping immediately when the arrow button or direction is released) was refreshing and helped keep the player on their toes. The execution of this game is very stylized and interesting to look at. It seems, to me, a very interesting concept to make a side scrolling rhythm game. It's different.
One main thing that i found to be frustrating at times was having to restart the whale level if you get hit by the wizard.
Another suggestion for this game is to possibly replace the egg/save-point system, with check points along a level (instead of the eggs), in addition to expanding a level to higher and higher difficulty as the music gets more and more complex and more parts get added to it. With the levels as short as they are in this game, the egg/save-point system is workable, but should you decide to make future games like this with longer levels, checkpoints would *probably* be a better solution. And to replace the egg/save-point system, perhaps incorporate a 'lives' system.
I did thoroughly enjoy this game, but alas, I personally wish it were longer with perhaps some more levels in it, with maybe more of a plot or storyline to it.
To me, it seemed like only a taste of things to come. This game has a lot of potential and I think you did rather well displaying that. Bravo :)
