I'm just going to assume this is supposed to be a parody of a windows OS, (going off the multiple windows pane as a joke) If I am wrong I apologize.
If you're trying to parody an OS it might be better to focus on things that are wrong with it or known OS issues, like vista's firewall (lots of jokes there) rather than focusing on things like Google not working which has nothing to really do with the operating system. Of course jokes like that are a dime a dozen, like pointing out that computers don't have an any key.

There really aren't any OS related jokes in this that I can find other than pointing out that windows is also the name for those panes of glass in your wall, maybe try doing a little more research if you want to do something like this. No harm in animating tech support calls or something like that as long as you give credit to where you found the original material and don't violate any copyrights, not sure what you could find but I'm sure great jokes are out there

Only bug that I found, if you want to call it that, is that if I mute the sound on the OS screen then start a music player or one of the movie buttons, the sound starts up again - windows doesn't do that, Ubuntu doesn't do that, I don't think any OS or hardware works that way, most things are muted on the hardware level through the drivers
