The fastest way to earn money is to fling yourself, the instantly use all your boost and flap for your life. This will only work for about 30,000* micrometers and then you'll have to hope like hell that you get a flap boost. Great game, but gets repetitive

although I see no real reason to save my boosts when I'm trying to build up cash... which is most of the game
